INFLUENCER CAMPAIGNS & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

A custom outreach engine for brand partnerships.

A revenue system that helps a multimillion-dollar talent agency turn creator relationships into brand deals. We brought GTM outreach, partnership management, and revenue reporting into a custom-built CRM.

See how the work came together

The Challenge

A multimillion-dollar talent agency needed to match its creators with commercial opportunities and give the team a clear view of every deal.

What We Built

We built a custom outreach engine to support the team’s GTM strategy and turn creator relationships into revenue opportunities. A purpose-built CRM connected creator research, brand partnership outreach, deal tracking, and executive reporting so the team could move from finding a fit to developing the opportunity.

The team could see which opportunities needed attention, where conversations stood, and how its work contributed to the revenue pipeline.

The Result

The talent agency gained a shared revenue system for managing brand partnerships from research through deal tracking. More than 500 creator profiles supported partnership research, while the pipeline and dashboards gave the team a clearer view of commercial opportunities and follow-up.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING · HIGHER EDUCATION

More efficient user acquisition.

A user acquisition campaign paired Spanish-language creative with audience strategy and performance measurement to turn interest into prospective-student inquiries more efficiently.

See how the work came together

A higher education institution needed a more efficient user acquisition campaign: reach Spanish-speaking prospective students, make the offer relevant, and turn their interest into an inquiry. Audience-specific creative and performance measurement came together around that conversion goal.

Make the message relevant to the student

Spanish-language creative was central to the approach. Campaign strategy connected that creative with prospecting and lead generation, creating a path from discovering the institution to expressing interest.

Lead-generation and brand-lift reporting gave the team views of both inquiry performance and audience response. Together, they supported decisions about the campaign and its next creative direction.

Make user acquisition more efficient

The campaign recorded a 71% reduction in cost per conversion, with prospective-student inquiries as the conversion event, comparing September 23–30 with October 1–8, 2024. Over the same comparison, click-through rate increased 22% and cost per thousand impressions (CPM) fell 17%.

For the enrollment team, stronger click-through performance and a lower conversion cost made the acquisition campaign work harder. The approach connected relevant creative with a clear student action, giving the team a stronger foundation for its next campaign.

CREATIVE & BRAND MARKETING

Build the campaign around the big moment.

Creative recommendations, media planning, and lift measurement for theatrical and streaming releases, with reusable playbooks for the next launch.

See how the work came together

For entertainment brands, a major release brings a concentrated window to build audience interest. Campaign teams need creative that fits the release, a clear media plan, and timely feedback on how people are responding.

Bring the launch plan and the learning plan together

Work across more than 20 major campaigns combined campaign planning, creative recommendations, measurement, and business reviews for theatrical and streaming releases. The approach connected the immediate demands of a launch with the questions that would make the next release better informed.

Get useful feedback while the campaign is running

An ongoing lift approach, developed with Marketing Science, shortened the feedback window during a campaign. That gave teams earlier insight into audience response and a stronger basis for their campaign discussions.

Carry the learning into the next release

Reusable playbooks and measurement learning agendas helped studio teams review results and prepare for subsequent campaigns. The value extended beyond a single launch: a repeatable way to plan, measure, and retain learning across a release slate.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING · COMMERCE

Find the next way for people to buy.

TikTok Shop and a new commerce feature pilot gave an e-commerce advertiser a way to test the channel, assess campaign performance, and plan its next move.

See how the work came together

For an e-commerce brand, a new shopping channel needs to do more than attract attention. It needs a credible path from product discovery to purchase, and a way to judge whether further investment makes sense.

Turn a channel opportunity into a useful test

The work brought campaign planning and social commerce testing together around TikTok Shop and a new commerce feature pilot. The aim was to explore how the brand could reach shoppers and support a purchase within the same platform experience.

Learn from the shopping journey

Performance reviews considered transaction data alongside campaign results. That connected the advertising conversation to what happened closer to the sale, giving the team a more useful basis for assessing the pilot and shaping the next tests.

Build the case for the next investment

The pilot created a practical way to evaluate a new route to market. For a brand exploring social commerce, this is the value of a focused test: a defined campaign, a real shopping experience, and evidence to guide what comes next.

GO-TO-MARKET

Make the next conversation count.

Turn an early-stage offer into a practical outreach plan: who to approach, what to say, and how to qualify the opportunity.

See how the work came together

An early-stage business can have a valuable offer and still struggle to turn it into a repeatable sales effort. Who should hear about it first? What will make them care? And what should happen when someone responds?

Find the right starting point

The planning work began with the offer, the market, and the people most likely to need it. Customer profiles and market research established a clear audience. Prospect criteria then translated that audience into a practical way to decide which companies and contacts to pursue.

Connect the message to the sales process

Outreach sequences turned the positioning into conversations a team could start. Qualification workflows defined how to assess interest, while operating guides and client-facing planning resources brought the research, messaging, and follow-up into one usable plan.

Make the next move easier

The result was a go-to-market plan and supporting materials ready for implementation. For a founder, that means a concrete starting point: who to approach, what to say, and how to handle the response. It gives the next round of execution a clear direction and a basis for learning what works.

VETERAN OUTREACH & COMMUNITY BUILDING

Bring people together around the mission.

Advertising, fundraising, and nonprofit partnerships helped veteran-serving organizations reach their communities. A separate volunteer initiative brought hundreds of people together to give back.

At TikTok, Tom helped veteran-serving nonprofits use advertising, content, and platform tools to reach veterans and military families. His work included campaign planning and training nonprofit teams to communicate with the people they serve.

He also led a community volunteer event with more than 450 volunteers and 13 nonprofit partners, coordinating the assembly and distribution of 2,000 backpacks.

At Meta, he organized community fundraising campaigns using Facebook’s fundraising tools for a nonprofit serving veterans. The work combined platform knowledge, nonprofit partnerships, and his own experience as a U.S. Army veteran.

BRAND & AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT

Make the opportunity worth a second look.

Audience planning, creative recommendations, and brand-lift reporting helped a workforce education platform introduce its programs and understand the response.

See how the work came together

A workforce education platform needed to introduce its programs to people considering new skills and career opportunities. The challenge was to reach potential learners with a relevant message, then understand how the campaign affected awareness and brand response.

Start with the learner’s next step

Campaign strategy and audience planning connected the education offer to the people it was intended to reach. Creative recommendations helped shape how that offer appeared in the campaign, keeping the audience and the program opportunity at the center of the work.

Give awareness a measurement plan

Reach showed how widely the message traveled. Brand-lift reporting added another view: how audiences responded to the brand. Reviewing both alongside the wider media objectives gave the team a fuller basis for its next campaign decisions.

Make future campaigns better informed

The work connected audience, creative, and measurement in one planning process. For an education business, that means awareness activity can inform the next investment: which audiences to prioritize, what creative to develop, and which questions the next campaign should answer.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING · EDUCATION

A campaign plan for each kind of learner.

Account structure, creative testing, and investment planning across higher education, workforce programs, and learning products.

See how the work came together

Choosing a degree, exploring a career change, and trying a learning product are different decisions. Education marketing needs to reflect those differences in the audience it reaches, the message it presents, and the action it asks someone to take.

Fit the campaign to the decision

Work across higher education, workforce education, and learning businesses connected account structure with each advertiser’s audience and campaign objectives. Creative testing gave teams a way to explore how to present their offer, while campaign measurement kept planning grounded in the performance data available to each account.

Connect learning to investment

Investment planning brought those pieces together. Account structure, creative testing, and measurement became inputs to the next campaign decision: where to focus, what to test, and how to assess the response.

Give each business a useful growth plan

The approach gave each account a plan suited to its offer and audience. For education teams, that creates a clearer connection between the learner’s decision and the marketing work behind it, from the first creative test to the next investment discussion.
