Give your campaign a clear direction

  1. Goal: the business result and acquisition cost your economics can support.
  2. Objective and event: the signal you can actually measure.
  3. Offer: who gets what, at what price, and what they do next.
  4. Audience: the people you serve, including practical geographic limits.
  5. Creative: one offer with three different opening ideas.
  6. Budget: daily budget, duration and the amount you can afford to learn with.
  7. Review rules: what success means and when to stop or change the test.
  8. Pre-flight: measurement, destination, permissions and the other launch checks.
  9. Structure: a focused campaign plan with launch and review dates.

Make assumptions visible

The worksheet includes budget arithmetic and example planning rules. Use your margins, expected conversion rates and the chosen platform’s current requirements to check them. An affordable customer acquisition cost is different from an affordable click or install.

Pair it with The Hook Sheet to develop the creative, or use the full workbook with a team.
